During account sign-up, we collect your name, address, phone number, and email address. These information are collected for contact purposes, and also to prevent fraudulent use of credit card by transmitted to credit card processor for verification. We collect your email to inform you of your account status (such as recharge confirmation), and Pincity's promotional events shall you choose to register in Pincity Insider program. During sign-up and recharge process, we also collect your credit card or Paypal information to process your purchase, and these information are transmitted to credit card processor for verification. Your personal information and credit card information transmitted to credit card processors are through secured and encrypted connections and is in full compliance with security standard set by PCI agreement with Visa, Master, American Express, and Discover. Other than credit card processor or when required by law and court order, your personal information, email address, and credit card and Paypal information that we collected during sign-up and recharge are never sold or shared with any other businesses.

Changes of Your Information

You may at anytime, login to your account, and visit profile page to change any personal information you had provided us. You may also contact Pincity customer service through phone or email to request to change the information.

Pincity also maintain procedures and tools to ensure your email address is correct and deliverable. We also receive reports from Hotmail, AOL, and Yahoo if you had chosen to block our email for any reason. Pincity will update your email address to "bce@pincity.com" upon learning that emails sent to you is undeliverable, or update to "cblock@Pincity" when we receive block reports from Hotmail, AOL, and Yahoo, or from email bounced messages. This change of information will prevent Pincity from sending out emails that always results in undeliverable, and from sending out emails that you do not want to receive. You may email or call Pincity customer service to update the correct email address, and be able to receive emails from Pincity again.

Pincity Insider Program

Accounts that have registered with Pincity Insider program will receive promotional email that only promote Pincity's services and products. Pincity does not send other business advertisements to our customer, nor do we sell or share your information with other businesses.

You're only registered in Pincity Insider program if you have explicitly given us consent by selecting the option during account sign-up, or by selecting the option in my account's setting page. You may at anytime choose to opt-out of the program by de-selecting the option in my account's setting page.
