By participating, you agree completely and unconditionally to abide with these Sponsor's Official Promotion Rules and with any decision of the judges which are final and binding in all respects. No purchase is necessary to enter. Neither a purchase or a non-purchase will impact the chances of winning. Accordingly, a purchase will not increase the chances of winning, nor will a non-purchase diminish the chances of winning. It is also true that a purchase will not diminish the chances of winning, nor will a non-purchase increase the chances of winning.
   
   
2. SPONSOR: GST is the sole Sponsor of this Promotion and is responsible for awarding designated prize(s) to the verified winner(s) of the Promotion.
   
   
3. PRIZE(S)/ODDS: The Grand Prize is a choice between $100,000.00 or a new 2004 Mercedes Benz S500 with standard options. There is only one (1) grand prize available to be won. Odds of an entry being identical to the Grand Prize Determination Number are approximately 2,000,000,000 to 1. Accordingly, there is no guarantee that there will be a Grand Prize awarded. Should there be a Grand Prize winner, said Grand Prize shall be paid by a third party. Second Prize is a choice of one of the following: JVC 56" Widescreen 16:9 Rear-Projection HDTV Monitor, Sony VAIO Notebook with Intel Pentium 4 Processor 2.9GHz, or a Louis Vuitton $2,000.00 Shopping Spree. There is a guarantee that there will be a Second Prize winner provided said winner complies with all the requirements as stated in these Sponsor's Official Promotion Rules. There will also be Monthly and Weekly Prizes. There is a guarantee that there will be a Monthly Prize winner provided said winner complies with all the requirements as stated in these Sponsor's Official Promotion Rules. The Weekly Prize is a choice of one of the following: $50.00 Pincity Phone Card or a $35.00 Gift Certificate from GiftCertificates.com. Each Weekly Prize is limited to a $35.00 out-of-pocket expense (or cash value) on the part of Sponsor. Odds of an entry being identical to the Weekly Prize Determination Number depend on the number of entries. There is a guarantee that there will be a Weekly Prize winner provided said winner complies with all the requirements as stated in these Sponsor's Official Promotion Rules.
   
   UNCLAIMED PRIZES WILL NOT BE AWARDED. Prize(s) will only be awarded upon winner validation, verification and winner's strict adherence to all the conditions and requirements contained in these Sponsor's Official Promotion Rules. Decisions of judges are final. Taxes, fees or other charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of winner(s). By accepting a prize, winner(s) release and discharge Sponsor, its affiliated companies, participating sponsors, information providers, content providers, subsidiaries, advertisers, advertising agencies, promotional and marketing agencies, and any other companies involved with or otherwise providing services related to this Promotion, and all their respective employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents from any liability or damage due in whole or in part to the award, acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or from participation in this Promotion.
   
   
4. MULITPLE WINNERS: Should there be multiple winners in any prize category, then said winners will split the cash value, as defined above, equally.
   
   
5. HOW TO PLAY: Promotion ends on January 31, 2004. To enter, register at http://www.pincity.com/game_home.asp. Each entry is randomly generated (7 unique numbers between 01-70). If your entry is identical to the Grand, Second, Third, Monthly or Weekly Prize Determination Number generated in the drawing for which your entry is eligible, and you have complied with these official rules, you win the Prize specified above. 6. THE DRAW: A third party conducts the draw for the Grand Prize Determination Number. GST conducts the draw for the Second, Third, Monthly and Weekly Prize Determination Numbers. The Grand Prize draw shall be held by February 16, 2004. The Second and Third Prize draws shall likewise be held by February 16, 2004. The Monthly Prize draw shall be held on the first business day of the month, or in the case of the first such draw, the first business day of the following month. The Weekly Prize draw shall be held on the first business day of the week, or in the case of the first such draw, the first business day of the following week.
   
   
7. RESTRICTIONS: This Promotion is limited to 10,000,000 entries. Sponsor, its affiliated companies, participating sponsors, information providers, content providers, subsidiaries, advertisers, advertising agencies, promotional and marketing agencies, and any other companies involved with or otherwise providing services related to this Promotion, are not responsible for any failure of any electronic equipment, computer transmissions and/or network connections, nor are they responsible for any inaccuracies in information which may be used in the Promotion, or for any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of attempts, including data entered by contestants. Sponsor its affiliated companies, participating sponsors, information providers, content providers, subsidiaries, advertisers, advertising agencies, promotional and marketing agencies, and any other companies involved with or otherwise providing services related to this Promotion, reserve the right to discontinue the Promotion at any time, in which event, only entries received prior that date will be considered.
   
   
8. NOTIFICATION AND AWARDING OF PRIZE(S): All winners will be notified by Sponsor via mail, email and telephone within ten (10) days of the draw. After such notification has been transmitted by Sponsor, the Grand Prize winner (if any), and the Second and Third Prize winners, shall thereafter have thirty (30) days to respond to Sponsor ("Response"). With respect to the Monthly and Weekly Prize winners, they shall have fifteen (15) days thereafter to respond to Sponsor ("Response"). All winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release ("Affidavit/Release"), within thirty (30) days of the winner's Response to Sponsor. Winners will receive their prize within fifteen business days of the date that GST receives the applicable Affidavit/Release. Said Affidavit/Release must be complete and include winner's social security or resident alien identification number. The information in winner's Affidavit/Release must be correct and must mirror the information provided in winner's entry or winner is disqualified. If winner(s) cannot be contacted, is ineligible because the winner has not complied with these Sponsor's Official Promotion Rules, fails to claim a prize or fails to return the completed and executed Affidavit/Release as required within the above time period, or if the Prize Notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited. No unclaimed prizes will be awarded. By participating, a winner, except where prohibited by law, grants Sponsor, Sponsor's designee and their affiliated companies the right to use the winner's name, likeness, picture, portrait, hometown, voice, biographical information and written submissions and written or oral statements, for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless required by law. Every winner, if any, must comply with all of the requirements as stated in these Sponsor's Official Promotion Rules including, without limitation, those stated in the "eligibility," "prize/odds," "how to play," "restrictions," "notification and awarding of prizes," and "disqualification/termination" paragraphs. GST reserves the right to verify that any winner, if any, has complied with all said requirements prior to awarding any prize. If any such a winner, if any, fails to comply with any such requirement, said winner will be disqualified.

DISQUALIFICATION/TERMINATION: GST is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Promotion, including but not limited to errors in advertising, the Sponsor Official Promotion Rules, and the selection and announcement of the winner of any prize or the distribution of any prize. GST reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Promotion. If for any reason the Promotion is incapable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, strike, act of God, or any other cause beyond the control of GST, GST reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without obligation or prior notice, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. GST reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or any other aspect of the Promotion. Sponsor, its affiliated companies, participating sponsors, information providers, content providers, subsidiaries, advertisers, advertising agencies, promotional and marketing agencies, and any other companies involved with or otherwise providing services related to this Promotion are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic, including those resulting from the efforts of hackers. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Promotion, as solely determined by the judges, will be disqualified. If disqualified for any of the above abuses, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate a contestant's eligibility to participate. In the event any portion of this Promotion is compromised by virus, bugs, hackers, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, its affiliated companies, participating sponsors, information providers, content providers, subsidiaries, advertisers, advertising agencies, promotional and marketing agencies, and any other companies involved with or otherwise providing services related to this Promotion which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupts, or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate the Promotion. Sponsor, its affiliated companies, participating sponsors, information providers, content providers, subsidiaries, advertisers, advertising agencies, promotional and marketing agencies, and any other companies involved with or otherwise providing services related to this Promotion are not responsible for any entry, which is generated by computer hardware or software, malfunction, error or failure, or is tampered with or subject to any non-authorized human intervention. Sponsor, its affiliated companies, participating sponsors, information providers, content providers, subsidiaries, advertisers, advertising agencies, promotional and marketing agencies, and any other companies involved with or otherwise providing services related to this Promotion are not responsible for any loss, damage, cost, claim or expense, whether preventative, remedial or otherwise, directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to: a) the calculation comparison, differentiation, sequencing, or processing of data involving the date change to the year 2000, or any other date change, including leap year calculations, by any computer system, hardware, program or software and/or any microchip, integrated circuit or similar device in computer equipment or non-computer equipment, whether the property of any of those entities or not; or b) any change, alteration or modification involving the date change to the year 2000 or any other date change, including leap year calculations, to any such computer system, hardware, program or software or any microchip, integrated circuit or similar device in computer equipment or non-computer equipment, whether the property of any of those entities or not. This clause applies regardless of any other cause or event that contributes concurrently or in any sequence to the loss, damage, cost, claim or expense.

11. WINNERS' LISTS: The names of any prize winner, if any, will be posted on the "Winner's Circle" page at http://www.pinicty.com/services_whatsnew.asp. You may also obtain a copy of such a list by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to "Winners' List, Pincity SuperDraw Sweepstakes, Global Star Telecom, LLC, 2300A Pellissier Place, City of Industry, CA 90601" no later than sixty (60) days after the Promotion has ended.
